Our executive offices are located at Four Palo
Alto Square, Suite 200, 3000 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306 and our telephone number is 650-575-4456. The cost for this space
is included in the $20,000 per month fee that we will pay our Sponsor for office space, administrative and support services. We consider
our current office space adequate for our current operations.

Legal Proceedings.
We are not currently subject to any material legal
proceedings, nor, to our knowledge, is any material legal proceeding threatened against us or any of our officers or directors in their
corporate capacity.
