Our common stock, par value $0.10 per share, is traded on the Nasdaq under the symbol “COO.” As of December 1, 2025, there were 141 common stockholders of record.
Dividends
In December 2023, our Board of Directors decided to end the declaration of the semiannual dividend. Any future determination to pay dividends will be made at the discretion of our Board of Directors subject to applicable laws and will depend on, among other factors, our results of operations, financial condition, contractual restrictions and capital requirements.

In September 2025, the authorization under the 2012 Share Repurchase Program was increased to $2.0 billion by the Company's Board of Directors. As of October 31, 2025, $966.4 million remains authorized for repurchase.
