Item 2. Properties. The following is a summary of Cooper's principal facilities as of October 31, 2023. We generally lease our office and operations facilities but own several manufacturing and research and development facilities, including 303,872 square feet in the United Kingdom, 347,329 square feet in Costa Rica, 115,000 square feet in Puerto Rico, 493,833 square feet in New York, 80,000 square feet in Arizona and 34,453 square feet in Texas. The following table lists those properties that we lease. Our lease agreements expire at various dates through the year 2045. We believe our properties are suitable and adequate for our businesses.
