We generally lease our office and operations facilities but own several manufacturing and research and development facilities, including 226,342 square feet in the United Kingdom, 164,946 square feet in Costa Rica, 63,787 square feet in Denmark, 76,778 square feet in New York and 33,630 square feet in Texas. Our lease agreements expire at various dates through the year 2045. We believe our properties are suitable and adequate for our businesses.
