We do not own or
lease any properties.
The Company has
no properties and no agreements to acquire any properties. The Company currently uses an office provided by Mr. Cacciamatta, the Company’s
President and CEO, at no cost to the Company. Mr. Cacciamatta has agreed to continue this arrangement until the Company completes an
acquisition or merger. We presently do not own any equipment, and do not intend to purchase or lease any equipment prior to or upon completion
of a business combination.
