ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We are a remote-first company, meaning that for the vast majority of roles, our employees have the option to work remotely. Substantially all of our executive team meetings are held virtually, with meetings occasionally held in-person at locations that are either not in our offices or in various of our offices distributed around the world. We hold all of our shareholder meetings virtually. As a result of this strategy, we do not maintain a headquarter s , but do currently lease physical offices in select major cities in the United States and other countries around the world for purposes of collaboration.
