3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
From
time to time, we may become involved in various lawsuits and legal proceedings which arise in the ordinary course of business. All judgments,
including interest, have been booked as liabilities and the matters are no longer pending. However, litigants can initiate further proceedings
following the entry of a non-appealable final judgments seeking enforcement or further relief. Litigation is subject to inherent
uncertainties, and an adverse result in these or other matters may arise from time to time that may harm our business. As of December
31, 2020, we were not a party to any material pending litigation and no lawsuits have been threatened by or against us.
