Our executive offices are located at 640 Fifth Avenue, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10019, and our telephone number is (212) 380-7500.
The cost for this space is included in the $30,000 per month fee that we pay an affiliate of our Sponsor for certain office space, utilities and administrative and support pursuant to the Administrative Support Agreement. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings.
To the knowledge of our Management Team, there is no material litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our officers or directors in their capacity as such or against any of our property.
