Our corporate headquarters are located at 555 Long Wharf Drive in New Haven, Connecticut. The Company occupies 18,285 square feet of space. The leases for this space expire in February 2026 and we have a renewal option for one additional five-year term. We believe that our existing facilities are suitable and adequate to meet our current needs.
(i) On February 17, 2026, we agreed to extend our lease on a month-to-month basis beginning March 1, 2026, subject to termination by either party, for any or no reason, by giving the other party written notice at least one (1) full calendar month prior to the intended date of termination; and
(ii) said extension shall be upon all of the same terms and conditions as currently apply under the Lease, including, without limitation, continued payment of monthly Base Rent of $32,684.44 and monthly Base Electric Charge of $2,895.13.
