Item 1. Legal Proceedings There are no material changes to the status of the litigation we disclosed in our Annual Report. From time to time, we are party to legal proceedings that arise in the ordinary course of our business, and in particular, personal injury claims involving the operations of our properties. Although we believe that the primary and umbrella insurance coverage maintained with respect to our properties is sufficient to cover claims for compensatory damages, many of these personal injury claims also assert exemplary( i.e punitive) damages. Generally, insurance does not cover claims for exemplary damages and we may be adversely affected if claims for exemplary damages are asserted successfully.
