The Company’s common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BKE.
Dividend Payments
During fiscal 2021, the Company paid cash dividends of $0.33 per share in each of the first three quarters and $0.35 per share in the fourth quarter. The Company also paid a special cash dividend of $5.65 per share in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021. During fiscal 2022, the Company paid cash dividends of $0.35 per share in each of the four quarters. The Company also paid a special cash dividend of $2.65 per share in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2022. During fiscal 2023, the Company paid cash dividends of $0.35 per share in each of the four quarters. The Company also paid a special cash dividend of $2.50 per share in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023.
