legal proceedings is included in Note 23, Commitments and Contingencies , to the consolidated financial statements in Item 8 of
this Form 10-K, which is incorporated herein by reference. Given the inherent uncertainties of litigation, the ultimate outcome of any
such matters cannot be predicted at this time, nor can the amount of possible loss or range of loss, if any, be reasonably estimated,
except in circumstances where an aggregate litigation accrual has been recorded for probable and reasonably estimable loss contingencies.
