ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Our headquarters are located at 30 W. 4th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. We believe that our current facilities are adequate to meet our ongoing needs and that suitable additional alternative spaces will be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms. As of December 31, 2024, we owned 40 parking facilities in 20 separate markets throughout the United States, with a total of approximately 15,100 parking spaces and approximately 5.2 million square feet.
