In July 2021, the Company ended its lease agreement
in Berkeley, California. During the same time, the Company started a month-to-month lease arrangement for office and lab space in New
York, New York, in the amount of approximately $8,600 per month. This lease was terminated in March 2022. As of April 2022, the Company
commenced a month-to-month lease arrangement for office and lab space in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the amount of approximately $16,000
per month.
