Rule 10b5-1 Plan Elections
Elliot S. Davis , the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer , entered into a pre-arranged stock trading plan on September 15, 2023 , which provides for the potential sale of up to 84,098 shares of the Company’s Common Stock between December 15, 2023 and May 3, 2024.
This trading plan was entered into during a open insider trading window and is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense criteria articulated by Rule 10b5-1(c) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, as well as the Company’s policies and procedures pertaining to transactions in Company securities.
