Greager informed our Board of Directors, in connection with his appointment of Chief Executive Officer of Baytex Energy Corp., of his intention to resign as a director of the Company, effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Greager’s decision to leave the Company for another career opportunity was not a result of any disagreement with the Company or its Board of Directors or any matter relating to the Company’s financials, operations, policies or practices.
