Market Information Our common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “ALTG.” Our depositary shares are traded on the NYSE under the symbol “ALTG PR A”. Holders As of March 29, 2022, there were 15 holders of record of our common stock and 1 holder of record of our depositary shares. Dividends We have paid $2.6 million in cash dividends on our preferred stock to date. The Series A Preferred Stock underlying our depositary shares accrues a dividend equivalent to $25,000.00 ($25.00 per depositary share) per year (equivalent to $2,500 or $2.50 per depositary share). The payment of cash dividends in the future including payment of accrued dividends related to the depositary shares, will be dependent upon our revenues and earnings, if any, capital requirements and general financial condition. The payment of any cash dividends is within the discretion of our board of directors.
