Market Information
Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ALSN.”
Holders
As of February 5, 2026, there were approximately 306,855 stockholders of record of our common stock, which includes the actual number of holders registered on our books and holders of shares in “street name” or persons, partnerships, associations, corporations or other entities identified in security position listings maintained by depositories.
Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities
During the period covered by this Annual Report on Form 10-K, we did not offer or sell any equity securities that were not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).
Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities
Our current stock repurchase program (the "Repurchase Program") was authorized by the Board of Directors in 2016, with increases approved by the Board of Directors on each of November 8, 2017, July 30, 2018, May 9, 2019, February 24, 2022 and February 20, 2025, which in the aggregate total authorized repurchases of $5,000 million in shares of our common stock. The Repurchase Program has no termination date, and the timing and amount of stock purchases are subject to market conditions and corporate needs. The Repurchase Program may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time at our discretion.
