On July 25, 2024, our board of directors, acting in accordance with the authority granted to our board of directors pursuant to the applicable provisions of our bylaws, elected to postpone the 2024 annual meeting of stockholders to a date to be determined by our board of directors in accordance with the applicable provisions of our bylaws.
