Holders At February 23, 2026, there were approximately 25 holders of record of our common stock. The number of record holders is based upon the actual number of holders registered on our books at such date and does not include shares held in street name by brokers or other nominees, and shares held by persons, partnerships, associations, corporations or other entities whose shares are held by depository trust companies. Dividends We have never declared or paid any cash dividends on our common stock and we do not anticipate paying cash dividends in the foreseeable future. In addition, the terms of our BlackRock Credit Agreement preclude us from paying cash dividends without prior written consent and future debt agreements may preclude us from paying cash dividends.
