ITEM 2. PROPERTIES.
Our principal office is located
at 6515 Longshore Loop, Suite 100, Dublin, OH 43017, with satellite corporate offices in New Jersey and Bengaluru, India. We lease approximately
250 square feet in a co-working business center in Ohio, approximately 440 square feet in a co-working business center in New Jersey and
approximately 700 square feet in a co-working business center in Bengaluru, India. We also lease offices in other markets where we conduct
business, in Nepal and in Singapore.
We do not own any real property
and believe these locations are suitable and adequate for our levels of operations.
