Our executive offices are located at 8845 Red Oak Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28217, and our telephone number is (704) 606-2922. Our executive offices are provided to us by our sponsor. Commencing on February 8, 2021, we have paid our sponsor a total of $10,000 per month for office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.

There is no material litigation, arbitration or governmental proceeding currently pending against us or any members of our management team in their capacity as such.
