2. PROPERTIES
Our
corporate headquarters are located in Cleveland, Ohio, where we currently lease 45,705 square feet of manufacturing, laboratory and office
space. That lease expires in December 2030. We also lease 10,400 square feet of office space located in New York, New York. That lease
expires in December 2030 and has been sublet as of December 31, 2023. We believe that our facilities are sufficient to meet our current
needs and that suitable space will be available as and when needed for potential commercialization.
