−Removed: As previously disclosed, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) issued a Notice of Violation/Cease and Desist Order (NOV/CDO) to Raytheon Company on January 31, 2023, alleging violations of a water discharge permit at a former Raytheon Company facility in Boulder, Colorado.
−Removed: On March 27, 2024, the CDPHE informed Raytheon Company that it was seeking a penalty in the amount of approximately $1 million in connection with the alleged violations and was requiring Raytheon Company to undertake a compliance program.
−Removed: In order to resolve the NOV/CDO, on October 6, 2025, Raytheon Company signed a Compliance Order on Consent (COC) with CDPHE under which, without any admission of fault or liability, it has agreed to pay $458,211 in civil penalties and to perform certain remediation work at the former facility under an agreed upon compliance schedule.
−Removed: While this agreement is subject to a public comment period, Raytheon Company believes the COC terms are unlikely to change and expects the penalty to be paid during the fourth quarter of 2025.
