−Removed: These investigations confirmed the availability of high-quality groundwater in quantities appropriate for
−Removed: agricultural development.
−Removed: Additional independent geotechnical and engineering studies
−Removed: conducted since 1985 have confirmed that the Cadiz/Fenner Property overlies a significant aquifer system that would not only support agricultural development, but also is ideally suited for the conservation and recovery of indigenous groundwater, as
−Removed: well as the storage of conserved or imported water, as contemplated by the Water Project.
−Removed: See Item 1, “Business – Narrative Description of Business – Water Resource Development”.
