MINE SAFETY DISCLOSURES

The Company does not act as the owner of any mines, but as concerning the fiscal year prior to January 2, 2021, we may have acted as a mining operator as defined under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 where we may have been a lessee of a mine, a person who operates, controls or supervises such mine, or an independent contractor performing services or construction of such mine.

Information concerning mine safety violations or other regulatory matters required by Section 1503(a) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and Item 104 of Regulation S-K is included in Exhibit 95.
